Last week comedian Daniel Tosh threatened an audience member with rape and the story went viral. First via tumblr, where an audience member posted a first-hand account of the incident. Soon enough, there were endless tweets and blog posts both supporting and criticizing Tosh.

This week, WAM!ers Elisa Kreisinger (Women’s Media Center, PopCulturePirate) and Jenn Pozner (Women in Media & News) and Fem 2.0 created this video in response to Tosh’s comment. They show that comedy can be funny — when it exposes injustice, rather than perpetuating it.
